Who we are
We are the Parish Council for Landford Parish (serving the communities of Landford, Nomansland and Hamptworth), in Wiltshire.
Landford Parish Council is registered as a Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s office (reg: Z9292314).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Landford Parish Council takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to contact you directly to pass on notices which you may find useful concerning issues relevant to the parish.
Contact forms: we keep contact form submissions for a certain period so that we can respond to queries from the general public, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
Email: we will only collect your email address if you ask us to do so. Your name and email address are the only information we will keep, and we will only contact you via this address. If we need to email sensitive or confidential information to you, we will check that we are using the correct email address and may use additional security measures.

The Clerk and Parish Councillors and any local authority which may be able to answer your queries regarding living or working in the Landford Parish area.

If you have left comments using the contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
